Willamette Family Medical Center, a leading provider of family healthcare services in the Salem area, today announced a name change to reflect the organization’s continued growth and focus on families, mothers, and children. Willamette Family Medical Center is now WFMC Health.
Robert Steele, MD, CEO of WFMC Health, said, “We’re very proud of our long history of serving the healthcare needs of our community. The new name allows us to better incorporate our clinic’s important mission, as well as bring attention to our many programs and services”.

The re-branding includes a top-to-bottom redesign of the company’s logo, website, graphics, key messaging, and communications.

In 1995, three doctors came together and founded Willamette Family Medical Center with the goal of serving the unmet needs of uninsured/underinsured residents of Marion-Polk counties. Since those humble beginnings, WFMC Health has continued to grow as a community focused non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
