Specialized Physicals
WFMC is able to provide specialized physical exams, including immigration exams and sports physicals.
Immigration exam includes a complete physical and mental health evaluation. The exam is set up to identify medical conditions that may require follow-up medical care after immigration to the United States. For immigration exams, the patient must also undergo a Tuberculin (TB) skin test, a Serologic blood test to test for HIV and syphilis, and the patient must be up-to-date with recommended vaccinations by the U.S. public health officials. WFMC is able to aid patients in their fulfillment of all of these requirements.
Sports Physicals are available for students, grades 7-12, participating in school athletics. According to Oregon law, students must undergo physical exams every two years. It is recommended that students receive their physical exam in the summer before the athletic season begins.
